Our approach to creating an inclusive, usable and accessible Data Qualification website.
Last updated: 11 September 2026
Data Qualification is committed to providing an inclusive digital experience and making its website usable by as many people as reasonably possible, regardless of ability, device or method of interaction.
This Accessibility statement explains our approach to the public website at dataqualification.com, including the English and Arabic versions.
Our goal is to provide an inclusive digital experience and to use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA as an accessibility reference for the design and development of this website.
WCAG describes how to make web content more usable for people with different visual, auditory, physical and cognitive needs. We use WCAG 2.2 Level AA as a practical reference for the design and development of this website.
The website uses semantic page structure, meaningful headings, descriptive links and consistent navigation so content is easier to understand and move through.
Primary pages are intended to work with a keyboard, include visible focus indicators, provide text alternatives for meaningful images, and present readable typography with attention to colour contrast.
The layout is responsive. Forms include labels and validation messages. The site respects a reduced-motion preference where animations or transitions are used, and language and text-direction attributes are set for English and Arabic.
Primary navigation, menus and standard form controls are designed to be operable with a keyboard. A skip link is provided so keyboard users can move directly to the main content.
Menus that open additional links can be opened and closed from the keyboard, and the focused control is given a visible outline.
Pages use a responsive layout so content can reflow across a range of screen sizes. Text is presented with readable sizing and spacing to support scanning.
Colour combinations used for text, backgrounds and interactive controls are selected with contrast in mind. You can view the site in light, dark or system appearance.
The responsive layout is intended to remain usable across different display sizes and settings.
Meaningful images are intended to have descriptive text alternatives. Decorative images and purely visual marks are intended not to add unnecessary information for assistive technologies.
Some photographs and complex visual content may occasionally benefit from clearer text alternatives or other improvements. If an image is missing a useful description, please let us know.
The Contact form uses labelled fields, validation and error messages, and can be completed with a keyboard. Status messages are provided after a submission succeeds or fails.
If you experience difficulty using the Contact form, you can contact us by email.
This website is published in English and Arabic. The language of each page is identified in the page markup, and the Arabic version uses a right-to-left layout.
Navigation, page content and this Accessibility statement are localized in both languages.
The website is built using standard web technologies and accessibility features intended to support use with browsers and assistive technologies.
Accessibility can vary across devices, browsers and assistive technologies, and some barriers may not yet have been identified.
Complex visual content may occasionally require clearer text alternatives or other improvements.
Please tell us if you encounter a barrier so we can look into it.
This website does not currently embed third-party widgets, maps or media players. If we later include content supplied by others, the accessibility of that content may be controlled by its providers.
If you encounter an accessibility barrier, have difficulty using any part of this website, or need website information in another reasonably available format, please contact us. Tell us which page or feature caused difficulty and, where helpful, the technology you were using.
You can email us or use the Contact form on this website.
Accessibility is considered as we maintain and improve this website. As content and functionality evolve, we use feedback and identified issues to guide improvements.
We may update this Accessibility statement from time to time. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date on this page.
